(WYSIWYG with images) Workforce Equity Strategic Plan participation survey report for county sponsored activities: As part of the current Workforce Equity Strategic Plan (WESP) the library surveyed employees. This survey evaluated the barriers for employees in participating in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), county staff events, equity work, and county wellness benefits or activities. We will be working to identify ways to address identified barriers.
